The 380v power cord has three cores and four wires. Use 4 square meters of national standard copper wire cable within a distance of 150 meters.
6. Equipment installation steps:
1. The foundation should be treated with cushioning, and drainage ditches and drainage wells should be reserved to ensure that no water is reserved at the bottom of the main body of the equipment in rainy and snowy weather.
2. After the main body of the equipment is straightened, connect the oil pipe and check whether the screw tee is tightened. If there is no problem, connect the power cord (please use the video to connect the pipe or contact the technician for one-on-one guidance for installation).
3. After the cushion part is hardened and the equipment arrives at the site, it can be backfilled and pre-buried after it is put into the pit and checked that the equipment can operate normally and the lines are smooth and the height of the equipment is level with the road surface. 3. Instructions for use of roadblock machine:
On-site control: The distribution box has built-in lifting, lowering and stop buttons. Managers can open the distribution box and control it at any time. The on-site control is also equipped with a remote control. The control distance of the remote control is about 50-100 meters. The remote control distance also varies slightly depending on the environmental impact of each region.

Each hydraulic roadblock machine is equipped with a manual lifting system as standard. If the manual lifting system is activated during a power outage, the knob can be tightened and pressed evenly. The roadblock machine can be slowly raised by manual hydraulic pressing. (Combined with operation video)
Pre-launch requirements:
1. The operator should study the operating instructions of the roadblock machine and be familiar with its performance, structure, and operation methods.
2. Before starting, check whether the power cord and the incoming and outgoing wires of the electrical control box are intact and whether the main body of the roadblock machine is damaged by impact.

Precautions for use:
1. When using, try to operate this device with one person to avoid overlapping functions caused by multiple people using it at the same time.
2. During the lifting and lowering of the roadblock, it is strictly forbidden for people and vehicles to stay in the main structure to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment and causing accidents.
3. If you find that the voltage is unstable and there is abnormal sound when the equipment is running, you should stop running immediately and notify maintenance personnel in time.
After-sales maintenance:
After-sales precautions: First of all, ensure that there is sufficient hydraulic oil in the tank to avoid difficulty in lifting due to insufficient oil. Pay attention to the usage of the battery in the remote control. If the battery is dead, please replace the battery pack in time.
