2. The machine uses wear-resistant hydraulic oil 46# or 68#, which is replaced every six months when used for the first time, and then once a year after that, and the oil tank must be cleaned when changing the oil.
3. Keep the pit clean, and remove the foreign objects attached to each part, such as soil, sand, wooden sticks, iron, etc., in time, and there shall be no stagnant water in the pit.
4. Conduct a routine inspection of the equipment once a week, focusing on checking whether there are cracks in the stressed welding parts, whether the axle pins of each joint are moving, whether the snap rings of each pivot pin are loose, whether the support feet are automatically reset, whether the safety struts are normal, whether the oil pipes are damaged or aging, whether the oil pipe joints are loose and leaking, whether the energized lines are normal, whether the control switches or buttons are in poor contact, etc., if one of them is in good contact, it should be dealt with in time.
5. For damaged and peeling paint, it is necessary to repair paint protection in time to prolong the service life of the equipment.
