Installation of customized fixed loading and unloading ramps in food logistics park completed

On June 11, 2025, the installation project of the customized fixed loading and unloading ramp of Henan Food Logistics Park was successfully completed. The completion of this project will bring revolutionary optimization to the cargo loading and unloading process of the logistics park and greatly improve the efficiency of logistics operations. ​

The fixed loading and unloading ramp installed this time was designed by a professional team and customized according to factors such as the type of trucks in the logistics park, the weight of the cargo, and the frequency of loading and unloading. The ramp is made of high-strength steel and the surface is specially anti-slip treated to withstand the frequent driving of heavy trucks, ensuring the safety and smoothness of cargo loading and unloading even in severe weather conditions. In addition, the slope of the ramp has been precisely calculated to conform to the principles of ergonomics and vehicle dynamics, making it easy for forklifts and other loading and unloading equipment to quickly and smoothly enter and exit the truck compartment. ​

The person in charge of the logistics park said that after the newly installed fixed loading and unloading ramp is put into use, the cargo loading and unloading time for each vehicle is expected to be shortened by about 30%. This will not only reduce the waiting time for trucks and reduce logistics costs, but will also increase the overall throughput of the logistics park, and it is expected to handle hundreds of thousands of tons of cargo each year.
