1. Before loading and unloading the truck, the first step is to check all parts of the equipment to see if there is any abnormality;
2. Tie the safety chain between the container and the mobile boarding bridge, and pad the brake pad at the moving wheel to prevent the forklift from being installed
When unloading, the carriage is separated from the tongue plate and produces hidden dangers;
3. Attach the tail plate to the ground, so that the forklift can drive into the container smoothly and avoid impact;
4. During the loading and unloading of forklifts, it is forbidden for irrelevant personnel to approach the equipment;
5. In the process of loading and unloading the truck, the forklift driver should always observe whether the connection between the tongue plate and the container is still firm.
If there is any sign of separation, it should be re-fixed before proceeding;
6. After completing the loading and unloading operation, the debris left on the equipment should be cleaned in time and kept clean.
