The scope of routine maintenance and inspection is far from limited to the third filter, engine oil, brake pads, spark plugs, etc.
Operation method of fixed boarding bridge:
.1 First open the tailgate of the car and fasten it on both sides of the compartment, then reverse the car against the anti-collision rubber pads on both sides of the pit position of the boarding bridge, and brake the car.
.2 Close the main power switch in the electric control box, press the operation button, the fixed boarding bridge panel slowly rises, when it rises to the top height, the front end of the boarding bridge begins to stretch out, when the lap plate rises to the same plane as the panel, release the button, the panel and the lap plate slowly descend in the same plane, and the lap plate will naturally ride on the bottom surface of the rear compartment of the car. The contact point between them is not less than 100mm.
.3 If the bottom surface of the carriage is lower than the height of the platform where the boarding bridge is installed, while releasing the button to lower the panel, tighten the small chain to make the support foot deviate from the gap of the support footpad, and the panel and lap plate can be lowered below the platform height until the lap plate falls to the lower inner bottom surface of the carriage.
.4 After the work is completed, press the operation button, the panel rises together with the lap board, the car drives away, release the button, and the panel automatically falls back to its place.
.5 Cut off the main switch of the power supply.
